You send me your work. I read it multiple times — once to experience it the way a reader would, once to look at what it's doing structurally, and once to get into the line-level work. What comes back to you is a conversation about your piece, written down.

Instead of leading with what’s wrong, I start with what's working, because a writer needs to know what to protect before they start revising. Then I'll tell you what isn't there yet and why, specifically.
